Welcome to the SCTC team! We are so excited to have you!

Below, we have listed some general information and basic requirements.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

THE BASICS: The SCTC graphic tee collection, in most cases, is print to order. Our tees are screen printed on the best quality tees around.  

The SCTC jewelry collection is handmade after purchase.  Our jewelry is lead and nickel free.  However, please do not swim or shower in our jewelry.  

ORDER REQUIREMENTS:  We do not have a minimum purchase requirement for our jewelry, however, graphic tees do have a six tee minimum per design. 

Additionally, we do ask that our products remain on our jewelry cards for display purposes and for pictures on social media sites. 

Since orders are made specifically for your store, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or exchanges are not offered, unless of course, there is a defective item. In these cases, please contact us at info@southerncharmtradingcowholesale.com.

CURRENT SHIP TIME: Wholesale orders typically ship within two weeks, although we strive to process orders as soon as possible.  Packages ship via USPS, with typical delivery between 1-7 business days (M-F) depending on your store location.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any "re-routing" the USPS chooses to do once the package has left our facility.
